Elmcroft Ministry
Sometimes those who want to worship just aren’t able to get out. Our Elmcroft ministry hits the road every Monday morning and heads over to Elmcroft Assisted Living to host devotions, singings, and visitation with our young-at-heart residents.
Please note: Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are unable to visit the home at this time.
Crossroads Chapel
Another off-site ministry arm, we bring the teachings of the bible and the love of Christ to Butternut Mobile Home Park at our Chapel in Lot 22. We provide supper to the neighborhood, give a bible lesson, and offer crafts & games to the children.
On Wednesday nights we offer activities and bible lessons to kids starting at 6:00pm.
Hope Mission at the Crossroads
Reaching out and helping the community with basic needs is the function of our mission house. Our house accepts donations of clothing, household items, furniture, shoes, bedding, appliances, dishes, home décor and more. We accept, sort, and organize our donations, and offer it to those in need (for whatever reason) in the community. We are given the opportunity to minister to the families that come to the mission house, and also to outlying areas as we travel throughout the year to rural areas who are also in need of the items we can offer.
The Mission House is open to the public on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month from 10:00am - 12:00pm. The house is located at the Tazewell Pike entrance of the church campus. For more information, please contact Lynn Miller at emiller6704@comcast.net.
Missions (Local & International)
As told in the Great Commission, we exist to tell others about Jesus…no matter how far. Since 1999, Clear Springs has sent church family members and teams to Brazil, Canada, Cuba, Jamaica, Africa, Montana, Belize, Taiwan, Mexico, Ukraine, China and Iowa just to name a few. We are thankful that, wherever God leads us, He will go before us.
R.A.C.K. – (Random Acts of Christian Kindness)
The RACK ministry of Clear Springs exists to provide random acts of kindness throughout (and for) the community. Our annual events include (but are not limited to) Trunk or Treat, Bags of Blessings, School Supply/Backpack Giveaway, and our Fruit Basket handout. You just never know what we’ll come up with next!
Video Production & Outreach
We handle all audio/video recording for services in the sanctuary to include all Sunday services, the Pastor’s Sunday School class, and Wednesday evening services. We also handle live streaming via the internet as an outreach to the lost and shut-ins. We will also be broadcast on cable tv, which will add another vital piece to our ever-growing ministry.
